STEM

Our academy will have a specialist STEM room which will enable the use of immersive technology and robotics to develop in pupils a sense of the importance of information technology in everyday life and their learning.

Through practically based experimental learning the STEM facilities will prepare pupils for the next stage in their education and for them to take their place in a rapidly changing, increasingly technological world.

The additional facilities will also allow pupils to engage in food technology; learning how to feed themselves and their families in a healthy sustainable way.
